Job Description	Nalco Champion, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a Senior Engineer in our Energy Services – Research and Development group located in Sugar Land, Texas. Overview:Nalco Champion has an immediate need for a Senior Engineer to provide fluids and process modeling support to one of our largest business units. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline with 3+ years of industry related experience or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline. Strong understanding of general fluid phase behavior. Ability to travel up to 25% (both domestically and internationally including off-shore facilities). No immigration sponsorship offered for this role. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in the oilfield industry with focus on fluids and phase behavior. Prior experience in modeling using pipeSIM, PVTSim, OLGA, ScaleChem, ECE, or similar industry standdard modeling software packages preferred. Ability to travel to off-shore operation sites in the US Ability to create and/or modify models using advanced mathematics is a plus. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
