Perform CAE Crash, Impact and Strength simulations from model build to reporting using US & European load cases on full vehicle program.

- Work closely with module group to develop components / system and vehicle level design solutions to meet program Crashworthiness objectives. The group is an integral part of the product development group, including daily interaction with product design, testing and functional development engineers.
- Build and maintain component and full vehicle level CAE models to run relevant load cases for front, side and rear impact.
- Work as part of a CAE team to address program challenges and meet objectives.
- Work towards meeting vehicle targets within program milestone timelines.
- Create full vehicle crash finite element models using ANSA.
- Perform analyses using Pam-Crash to assess vehicle crashworthiness based on regulatory and third party assessment criteria.
- Use analyses results to develop design solutions to meet vehicle safety requirements.
- Present analyses results to supervisor for sign-off and approval, and communicate findings and recommendations to various engineering organizations.
- Stay abreast of latest CAE/simulation tools, methods and processes in the field of passive safety and structural crashworthiness.

Requirements: - Minimum 8 years experiences in CAE Crash/Impact analysis in an automotive, industrial or consulting setting, using Pam-Crash as the solver.
- Good knowledge of fundamental physics and structural engineering principles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience working on multiple projects/platforms.
- Good knowledge of regulatory safety standards for US (FMVSS) and Europe (ECE), New Car Assessment programs (US-NCAP, EuroNCAP) as well as third party safety and insurance rating standards.
- Experience in using various CAE technologies/tools, especially: ANSA, Pam-Crash, Animator.
- Experience in correlating models to physical test data and being able to guide design through predictive analysis.

In additional to required;
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- CAE analysis with a major OEM on production intent development programs.
- Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical software).
